Event Information
- Non-alcohol related (artisan) vendors must create, make, grow or bake items for sale.
- Vendor space is 10' X 10'
- Vendor is responsible for all booth fixtures and displays. Tables, chairs and electric are not provided.
- This is an all-weather event; pop-up tents are recommended.
- Set up begins at 9:00 am - booth setup must be complete and presentable to the public by 11:30 am
- Wi-fi is not available. Plan accordingly.
- Vendors must adhere to all PA Sales Tax laws.
- Please bring enough product to serve an anticipated attendance of 800 - 1,000 participants
- Please bring adequate amounts of change if you will be performing cash transactions. There are no ATMs
- Food truck fare and beverages will be available for sale.
- This is an over 21 event. No one under 21 is permitted on the property during the event hours of 12 - 5 pm.
- We love our furry friends, but no pets or animals are permitted on the property unless they are verified as service or support animals.
- Free parking is provided, but you may need to walk a short distance. Plan accordingly for setup and transporting your booth supplies.

Please note: Applicants will be informed of their acceptance status by July 25, 2025. If selected, you will receive an email from GO Laurel Highlands with a link to submit your vendor fee. Payment must be received no later than September 1, 2025. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in your space being offered to another vendor.
