Irwin Business & Professional Association
The Irwin Business and Professional Association is an all-volunteer group that promotes the health and vitality of the Irwin Business District for the benefit of the families in Westmoreland County. The IBPA holds events such as the St. Patrick's Day Family Fun Fest, Ethnic Festival & Summer Craft Show, the Annual Irwin Car Cruise on Main Street, Fall Craft Show, Store-to-Store Trick or Treat, Halloween PAR-TAY, Ladies Night, the Light-Up Parade, and the Christmas Cookie Tour.Â
