Celebrating 50 years of the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail!
Join us on Saturday, July 18, 2026, starting at 3 p.m. at Seven Springs Mountain Resort as we celebrate 50 years of the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail! Step back to 1976, the year the trail officially opened, and enjoy an afternoon of outdoor fun at the Party at the Lake.

Parking & Lake Access

Guests are encouraged to park at the North Lot and hike a portion of the Laurel Highlands Hiking Trail to Tahoe Lake.

Shuttle service will be available to Tahoe Lake.

No guest parking will be available at Tahoe Lake.

Chairlift rides on Polar Bear express will be available throughout the day and evening to access Tahoe Lake.

Chairlift rides can be purchased at the Ski Lodge Ticket Windows, or use your Epic Pass

Important Information
- The event will be held rain or shine
- In the event of severe weather, guests will be notified of proper evacuation locations and procedures. Events and ticket sales may be temporarily suspended due to severe weather, until the "all clear" is given by resort safety personnel.
- Food, beverages, and alcoholic beverages for over 21 guests with valid ID will be available for purchase.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Canopies and large umbrellas are not permitted.
- Attendees will have opportunities to win prizes throughout the event.
- Pets are not permitted at the event. Service Animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.
- The law defines a Service Animal as any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability.
- Non service animals are those animals whose sole purpose is to provide emotional support, well-being, comfort, or companionship or to serve a crime deterrent.
