SanaView Farms at Roaring Run is a full-service wedding and event venue with access to your own personal Event Coordinator and both on and off-site caterer recommendations to choose from.

- Full weekend access or optional one-day event

- Barn venue seats 300 for a dinner reception or up to 400 with a dinner reception tent and cocktails and dancing in the barn

We recently built a beautiful stamped concrete patio faced with stone to match the barn. Our patio expanded the barn’s usable area, great for larger groups, and can be opened or closed depending on the weather, so you are always comfortable no matter what Mother Nature throws our way!

The Heart and Soul of SanaView Farms Winery
Get ready to be in awe over our truly authentic smartly renovated climate controlled historic barn with hand-hewn beams, and rough-cut timber, with stunning black steal accents. This magical historic barn stands with grace amongst the backdrop of a beautiful farm surrounded by the majestic laurel mountains, the perfect setting for every occasion. Our venue has full heat and AC with patio windows and barn doors on both sides that fully open or close as needed offering both comfort and style.
Enjoy dinner with a breathtaking view that surrounds you and enter the warmth of our rustic barn for dancing and cocktails throughout the evening. The sparkling lights inside our venue mimic the bright stars in the night sky overhead.
If you choose to get married on our farm, we offer both indoor covered and climate-controlled ceremony sites plus many stunning outdoor ceremony locations for you to choose.
You may get married anywhere you like on the 52-acre property, the most popular locations include our peaceful pine grove forest, by our front pond, our the front expansive farmhouse field lined with evergreens, or under our beautiful towering walnut tree.

Stay at the Farm
The weekend package offers you the ease and flexibility to enjoy your rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, day of and morning after brunches and includes access to:

Each cabin has heat and AC and is equipped with a bathroom and kitchen.
Farmhouse
This is a unique log-cabin historic home on a peaceful 52 acre organic produce farm. The location is perfect for folks visiting the beautiful laurel mountains, since we are located just 3 miles off of the turnpike on the way to all of the local attractions. The house has a kitchen, family room, dining room, four bedroom areas, one bath, a back deck with picnic tables and a fire pit. There is heat and AC and the house is fed by filtered spring water.
Bunkhouse Cabin
This super cute and cozy one-room cabin has a full-sized sofa bed and a full-sized futon with a fully equipped kitchen and a small table and chairs, heat and AC, and a separate bathroom with a vanity and small shower. All newly renovated using reclaimed wood.

Our Historic Landmark barn is outfitted with everything you need to host your next event. With space to seat over 300 people and standing room for over 400, SanaView Farms is large enough for any event. Our barn includes a new stamped concrete patio with a rough-cut timber roof that extends the barn’s covered area to over 3500 sqft.
The farm is available to rent all year long, as our barn is completely covered and can be heated as needed to keep all of your guests comfortable, no matter the weather. You have the flexibility to host your event rain or shine!
