Ohiopyle-Stewart Community Center

The Ohiopyle-Stewart Community Center is a non-profit organization that serves the Mountain Area community. The Center began in 1982 after the Ohiopyle School District closed the Ohiopyle School. The building was re-established as a community center with its mission being to provide services to the community and its many visitors.

Services include recreational activities, meeting spaces, a small library, local history pictorial display, and gathering space for friends and neighbors.

The Center has also been designated as a Red Cross Disaster Shelter as it can provide sleeping, eating, and recreational needs in the event there is an emergency.

Your support is needed either through memberships ($10 for individuals, $15 for families) or by donations. Please contact the Center by mail at PO BOX 70, Ohiopyle, PA 15470, by phone at (724) 329-1444, or via email at Ohiopylestewart@WMconnect.com for more information. Volunteers are also always needed in a variety of areas.
