Submissions for the 2025 Photo Contest will open December, 2024.

Cash prize award amounts:

  • First Place: $500
  • Second Place: $200
  • Third Place: $100

Rules and Guidelines

We are seeking photos that tell the story of your visit to the Laurel Highlands, and for a chance to win cash prizes ranging from $100 to $500!

*** All photos must be taken in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania.

Cash prizes for first, second and third place will be awarded in three categories, and the winning photos will be featured in the Laurel Highlands Destination Guide, on golaurelhighlands.com, on social media and in special exhibits throughout the Laurel Highlands. 

Only photos taken in the Laurel Highlands (Fayette, Somerset and Westmoreland Counties in Pennsylvania) will be eligible. Use of watermarks on the photo is prohibited. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of submission.

Deadline for submissions is Nov. 30, 2025.

Only full color, high quality, digital photo submissions will be accepted for the contest. Black and white photos will not be accepted.
