Latrobe, Pa.—Now through August 24th, Latrobe Art Center invites visitors to view a collection of works by local artist Kathy Sobota in a special, featured exhibition titled “The Art of Kathy Sobota”.

With over 50 watercolor paintings on display in the Art Center’s gallery space, this exhibition celebrates Sobota’s 25th anniversary of painting and showcases her talent through a wide variety of works.

In celebration of the opening of this exhibition, the Art Center invites the public to attend a free Opening Reception on Friday, August 2nd from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Art Center. Beverages and light hors d'oeuvres will be provided by Ricolita’s Café. Reception attendees will have the opportunity to meet Sobota while taking in her watercolor paintings.
