Enjoy a night of Celtic rock at Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site with the band Full Kilt on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at 8 p.m.
This local favorite plays traditional and Celtic songs with a modern twist. This free performance is at the park amphitheater at the top of the Visitor Center parking lot. No reservations are required.
In the event of rain, the program will be held in the Visitor Center theater.
Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site
Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site is located 10 miles west of Altoona, Pennsylvania off the Gallitzin exit of US Highway 22. The park preserves portions of the first railroad crossing over the Allegheny Mountains. This unique railroad connected the eastern and western divisions of the Pennsylvania Main Line Canal.
