Friends of Flight 93 National Memorial, the non-profit partner of Flight 93 National Memorial, is celebrating National Lands Day on September 28, 2024. National Lands Day is earmarked as the Nation's largest single day volunteer event for public lands. Established in 1994 and held annually on the fourth Saturday in September, this celebration brings thousands of volunteers to help restore and improve public lands around the country.

Friends are partnering with Forbes Trail Brewery to create awareness and raise funds for Flight 93 National Memorial and the 30 acres of land that are part of the 40 Memorial Groves. Forbes Trail Brewery has brewed a "Giving Back Pale Ale" for the event and all proceeds will be donated to Friends' Resiliency Project. The Resiliency Project is a 10-year project to rehabilitate the 40 Memorial Groves and the Allée at Flight 93 National Memorial. For more details, visit www.flight93friends.org/resiliencyproject.
