Over $1,500 in prizes will be awarded at the Biennial Art Show 2025 at the Greensburg Art Center.

The public is invited to enter this show, which runs from March 21-May 2, 2025. All original mediums will be accepted.

The entry deadline is midnight Feb. 21, and the fee is $35 for two entries.

The juror is Laura DeFazio, who has been a professor of art at PennWest University, previously California University of Pennsylvania, since 1997. She currently teaches courses on world art and Islamic art and architecture. She holds a BFA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and an MFA from Kent State University.

She primarily sculpts and draws large-scale works, often for public spaces. Her primary mediums for her sculptures are stone, cast cement, and clay, and her work celebrates the beauty of life
with life-like portraits of individual animals and people.

Her regional permanent public art includes large-scale sculptures at Ohiopyle State Park, the Uniontown Public Library, and a sculpture to be installed in the summer of 2025
at the Carnegie Library of Homestead.
