Ease holiday stress at Laurelville Retreat Center’s 2nd Annual (s)ELF Care Yule Yoga class on Sunday, Dec. 10, at 6:30 p.m. in the Meetinghouse. Embrace the calm amidst holiday chaos with gentle stretches and breathwork in this class for ages 12-99; beginners are welcome.
Bring a mat and a cozy blanket or throw. Herbal tea provided after. Taught by yoga instructors Robin Albright and Nicole Craig, who will play her crystal singing bowls during the last half hour.
