Greensburg, Pennsylvania – 11/25/24 – Stage Right!, a prominent local school for the performing arts and theater company dedicated to providing exceptional arts experiences for the community, is proud to announce that it has been officially approved as an eligible organization for the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
This designation allows Stage Right! to benefit from tax-credit-based contributions from local businesses and corporations, providing them with an incredible opportunity to invest in the future of the arts in the region. Through this program, donors who contribute to Stage Right! are eligible for valuable tax credits, helping to foster and strengthen educational programs that inspire creativity, teamwork, and cultural enrichment for students of all ages.
What This Means for Donors and the Community
"This approval is a game-changer for Stage Right! and the community we serve," said Meghan Scalise, Board President of Stage Right!. "Through the EITC program, businesses and individuals can make a meaningful investment in arts education while enjoying significant tax benefits. It’s truly a win-win for everyone involved."
Scalise continued, "When donors contribute to Stage Right! through this program, they’re not just supporting theater classes—they’re helping to transform lives. Their generosity directly funds scholarships, creates new programs, and ensures that students from all backgrounds can experience the joy and growth that comes with arts education."
"Partnerships with local businesses also bring us closer to our community," Scalise added. "These contributions allow Stage Right! to enhance its educational outreach and strengthen its mission to provide high-quality, transformative arts experiences. Together, we’re building a vibrant, culturally rich future for our region."

An Exciting Opportunity to Grow

"We are thrilled to have been approved as an EITC organization,” said Anastasia Robinson, Executive Director of Stage Right. “This support from businesses and corporate donors enables us to expand our reach, offer scholarships, and develop educational programs that nurture creativity in the next generation of artists.
