West Overton Village is inviting the community to a family-friendly Trick or Treat across our historic village this Halloween season! We are also seeking volunteers for our Trunk or Treat along Frick Avenue, which will be closed during the event, to expand the number of candy stops trick-or-treaters can make.
Join us for Trick or Treat
Go door to door to many of the historic structures across West Overton and enjoy candy and other treats. Along the way, enjoy a cup of hot, spiced cider from our Summer Kitchen. Pause for a photo at one of our two photo areas, where an 1800s wagon and a 1950s pickup truck will be decorated for the fall season. The Museum will also be open.
Bubble Waffles will be on site selling bubble waffles, soft pretzels, and hot dogs. Specialty, fall-themed cocktails will be available for purchase in the Distillery.
Because parking is limited, this event will have a timed entry. It is free, but registration is required so we can make sure everyone has the safest and most enjoyable experience. Frick Avenue will be closed to provide more access to the historic buildings.
Volunteer for Trunk or Treat
Businesses, organizations, and individuals are invited to have a spot at our Trunk or Treat in a parking lot on Frick Avenue. We are eager to engage our community partners at this event. Participating in the Trunk or Treat will greatly expand the number of candy stops visitors can make while trick-or-treating. Limited space is available.
