West Overton Village is hosting its first wedding and event showcase featuring local vendors. As a historic site dating back to 1803, West Overton Village is a memorable venue for weddings, showers, birthdays, family reunions, and other gatherings.
At the showcase, visit West Overton’s three signature venues - the rustic 275-person capacity Big Barn, the cozy 100-person capacity Overholt Room, and the beautiful grounds and gardens of the 1838 Overholt Homestead. Learn about wedding and event packages and how to plan a celebration at West Overton. Tours of West Overton's venues will take place at 2 p.m., 3 p.m., and 4 p.m. Day-of bookings receive 10% off.
Local vendors, including florists, caterers, bakeries, entertainment, and more, will share their products and services in the Big Barn and Overholt Room. Whether you have a clear vision in mind or are seeking inspiration, the West Overton Wedding & Event Showcase is the great opportunity to gather ideas and connect with professionals who can bring your dream event to life.

Enter for your chance to win a rental of the Overholt Room, located in our 1859 former distillery building. This venue is a wonderful space for any kind of party, including weddings, showers, and birthdays. Raffle tickets will be $10.
